Not dependent solely on exchange rate. As John points out the current costs include the relocation housing project which I think is probably more than $100/oz at the moment. That should start to come down toward the end of calendar 2016.
They have a habit of beating costs forecasts in the last 12 months after previously over-promising.
If they produce 110,000 oz in the second half I'd be surprised if costs aren't below $1000 even with the housing project.
