We provide the capability and data so your council can create an app though. These apps are typically free and run at a cost by the council with the sole purpose of easing traffic congestion and parking frustration in there local jurisdictions. This is a good position for SPZ to be in because it means we do not bare that technology cost, but will be receiving data sales revenue from there use.
Only problem I see with it is that there is no one-shop-stop for all of SPZ sensors under one application, e.g. if I change cities in the UK then I need to download a different app for different councils. I would have thought that SPZ management would have considered this and done a cost-benefit analysis on this though, with the right answer being the one we currently have.
