On TON getting into Graphite, previous Substantial Holder who had been involved in Brad getting the gig as MD just a few months before, as soon as the sp was 'bounced' from 2 cents to 10 cents Poseidon started selling their sub hold and AJ started accumulating his. Look it up ceasing to be Poseidon Becomig Alan Jenks substantial holder.
Why 10cents? because the Institution Cannaccord on day 1 said it would 'underwrite' taking up the grafex deal for $500grand at 10cents after Cannaccord due diligence.
Brad said he'd "do the deal" with Grafex after Due Diligence by TON, too but again Look it Up, Grafex were issued shares and options very soon after.
It was an Assumption that such issuing meant Brad's had "Diligented" Grafex yet that Cannaccord 10 cent half million$$$ never turned up.
The half million was raised by a 5 cent placement and under subscribed SPP which coincidentally was backed, taken up by Mr Jenks and the Wolves.

So there you go jack, there's your Active Investors involvement in Triton. If you agree that Poseidon has some canny crowd of WA/Perth "operators' the antonswig 'mob', they 'co operated' with Mr Jenks to 'rebadge' a unsuccesful gold explorer 2 center into the 'hot' sector Graphite.
