    This thread has been a very interesting, eye-opening read.

    One thing that I find disturbing is the focus on BB and his "megalomania".

    As I understand it, it is the Board's job to ensure that the CEO undertakes his duties in the best interests of the s/h's, etc. The policies and directions are set by the Board and the CEO is appointed by the Board to put them into effect.

    So should the Board not be given a kick up the proverbial??
