Mike, to your point 3 and to the many other posters who have balked at the purchase price of SGS - as an example only, Macquarie paid $5.4b for Sydney airport back in 2002, which a lot of shareholders considered well over priced at the time. At a guess, I would say the majority are looking back now and thinking 'what a bargain'
