@Warnie I am all for differing views mate but i seriously think you are baiting other users here champ. I look at your posts and the questions you challenge others with and I can think of multiple answers as no doubt others can as well. plus some of your questions are far to general and if someone takes the time to answer then you are just dismissing their reply. You are trolling. Stop.
If you actually took 10 mins to read up on company activity and the disruptive role of the new app then you would have all your questions answered.
The app is designed to co-locate and bridge the other comms apps on the market into one interface and facilitate cross application information exchange. As for why would you want to switch devices during a call.... maybe if you're at a desk and on a call and have to leave you can flick it to your mobile and keep talking.... took me 2 secs to think of that... if I apply 2 mins of thought i could write damn novel on the uses of such a feature.
This shouldn't be compared to skype or whatsapp.... yet. still many miles to go before that IMO. But there is no need to attack a guy over his hopes and aspirations for the app.
As for financials..... Vonex was profitable prior to RTO, has signed more partners and released new products recently and come end of jan the quarterly will hopefully reflect this in increased profit.
just my 10c, spend it how you like.
IMO a partnership with Singtel or another transnational ISP or telco would be much better than Telstra, and why not try engineer a deal with Huawei or Samsung to have it installed as a core app on their mobile devices. food for thought.
keep it real fam!![]()
