Regarding the CR:
I think it's all about timing. They weren't expecting a setback with the bank funding, so now they've got maybe 6 months to organise alternative funding while they appease the banks and move back to that funding source.
So the CR was forced upon them due to having no backup plan.
No worries for me - I got some on market, and the underwriter will cover my non-participation.
