After absorbing the content of your post i do have one last question and it is relevant to your knowledge of law.
If the proposed legislation changes that the UK announced have a greater chance of becoming a red herring or never actually happening as your opinion is, and i believe your opinion because of your stated knowledge of the law, WHY do you think the UK Gov announced it?
Surely the UK gov has lawyers and would think the same as u.
