pre-determined drill plan/schedule
manpower
money
number of drills in place/used
distance to travel between drill sites
heavy machinery fail rate
spare parts
terrain/weather
smoko times - long or short :-)
analysis of drill sample - and here once again the above variables come into play ... and is there a waiting list like at the supermarket checkout ...

so if you know all these you can make an estimate - otherwise its a waiting game. getting it right is the most important - so rushing it is not going to help us.
