Colada, I will try to simplify the offer.

If you own say 100000 ede at Jan 8th you will be eligible/able to purchase 1 :10 so 10000 shares in ede @ 5.5c and you will receive too a free option edeo. Conversion of the option in 2018 is another story.
This option albeit free has a value today of approx 2.4 c.
The offer on the face of it is a good deal.

However.
If the offer in over subscribed the issue may be scaled back so your application for 10000 shares application may achieve perhaps 50% or 5000 shares. Your application moneys once processed will get you "change" or a refund. You will not loose $ but not receive all of the shares plus options applied for.
