There are over 1.5 million apps on both apple and andriod, and they all think they are unique too.
Unique does not mean diddly unless there is a mass uptake, which i'm far from certain there will be apart from a couple of loose shareholders.
Brydie, is that the same management that told you all shareholders would be able to participate in the capital raising and that they wanted to give back to the shareholders, you mean that management?
All they have done so far is buy an existing business to win an award which they are happy to tell you over and over, based on revenue, not profit, revenue and half developed an app that makes all your phones/ devices call at once and aggregate both it (calls and social apps).
Raise $5m and spend $3.5m on their app, I thought it was ready to more or less go? Thats a lot of beans on one app, and the remaining $1.5m covers off terribly high wages, incurred debt, relist costs and a piddly amount for any form of marketing, oh thats right, your going to just download it, then pass it on to your friend, haha.
Whatsapp, Sykpe, and more so now facebook messenger do all that is required for the masses, there are already numerous aggregators of social sites, there are also a number of FREE call switch sites, oper8tor has nothing unique that is viable or remotely interesting, unless you want all your devices to call at once, which is plain annoying, and more to the point, can already be done and is a built in feature on current phones, so again nothing unique about it.
There are thousands of complaints on google about all devices ringing at once and how to remove it, yet Vonex think it's actually a unique selling point.
Good to see they have done sound research before spending your $3.5m on an app that is already defunct.
No more from me, good luck will come back when the quarterly comes out. Would have thought with such a profitable company they would have disclosed their accounts in the prospectus? Strange!
