Well done Nock name. Your post put some facts and reality to the situation.

The reason for the long delay in announcing the covenant does not bode well not withstanding the announcement. In less than 2 weeks we will know if any money came in from the $1.4M goods ‘positioned’ in the South African Dreamland. If the sum came from ‘other revenues’ what concession was given to Stark to appease them? The situation is far from clear and there is no certainty Stark will not sell CMQ to the junk yard. From Mr Williams’ announcements to date, it is obvious that this announcements have more questions than answers. For those thinking there was $4M sales revenue, think again. In the 11 months to 31 May, sales receipt was 150K and other revenue was in excess of $2.4M

CMQ new strategy has extended the time frame of any hope (however slim) of breaking even to by at least 4 to 5 years. Maybe CMQ should change their game to what ever business was earning the ‘other revenue’ and give up on the anti-microbial! .Did anyone notice that CMQ’s cash-burnt for June was in excess of $3M? (At of may cash was in excess of $31M & in June it’s $28M) Without sales and sales receipt, the path to liquidation may be sooner than expected.

    Cheers
