Yes but as I said, you can convert them... SRTO could go to .001c and you can still convert to SRT for whatever the current share price is....So whatever the SRTO price gets to is almost irrelevant.
It's almost the opposite of what you're suggesting... If you think the acquisition will come in the next 6 weeks (as I and most people do) if you can get SRTO at the same price as SRTOA, with the exercise price being half as much, then that's a bargain. You wait for the announcement, ride the price up and sell for a bigger margin/ exercise for a lot less money....
On the flip side if you don't think the acquisition is coming in the next 6 weeks, you probably wouldn't bother buying shares until after the dump anyway... so the way i see it, i'm pretty happy to be on SRTO for half my SRT stake.
