Yes maz that's exactly what I think, the adjustment to full year is caused by gaining control of a new and very large business they just purchased, the slow start is over and now on track but a little late to make up full guidance. Weather it's 5% or 10% will find out, but flagging it now is a smart move it's call keeping share holders informed exactly what asic wants.
