What a shame, finished the year without a decision. Couldn't asked for a better outcome....not!.
Hate to be management ATM where I'm sure they would of liked things to be in a more progressive state.
Positively this could play out in Ryan's favour with commodities bottoming ATM and no need to ratify Off-takes at these low prices.
Still confident of a win. CJ Brown was quite scathing towards SMM and can't see CJ Goldsbourgh ruling against the most important findings;
1/ Termination of the LOI and correct procedure.
2/Notification of cancellation.
3/Corruption, Bribery and Misuse of the court processes
4/ Legal and rightful Indigenous land owners.

Some short term pain as I don't expect a decision until Feb/March (IMO) so for us long termers another few months is neither here or there. Mining and Minerals act is being revised by the minister/s and put to parliament around Feb/March, so I understand, hence we might see some movement in regards to implementing a productive mine soon there after.
Been a roller coaster ride, a decision from the courts will be the only news now to entice market interest so time for a xmas break for a month of island hoping and fishing.
Big xmas wishes to you all, met some wonderful shareholders on this ride and hope 2016 puts many $$$$$ in your portfolio's.
