When.

There has been far too much talk about the CN not going through - I suspect the conditions were pretty standard due dilligence stuff including knocking on the door in Belgium just to see who is home - a little more than most of us bother to do.

Next 'apparent' worry will be the RI take up. Either punters here will be dissapointed with the 'relatively' low takeup (prob 40-50%) because some large shareholders are acting as sub underwriters so they will take up their allocation via the shortfall OR those larger shareholders are going to be dissapointed because the RI got swamped by oversubscriptions and it turns out they get a lower allocation than if they just took up their rights! I don't think the latter is likely but you never know - I did it in PYC by buying a small stake and then going for large oversubscriptions. Please don't start a thread freaking out about the massive overhang of underwriter shares . . . I believe they will be in LT supporters hands. I'm not missing the best chance in 3 years to get a good stake under 8c.
