Try to look at it this way.
The share consolidation made it more attractive for big investors to come in.
One has showed up and the deal will inject fresh cash into the business and increase holdings in the top 5.
The investor if from the health Care industry may also come with other tangible benefits not just cash.
In the meantime growing cc revenues and possible partnerships may well obviate the need for any future CR the timefame for which is now pushed out further anyway.
