Interesting that the announcement from KBC states that Bolton has stated a "willingness to be available as a consultant".
What if the Board accept this, and Bolton is on the phone everyday to the company - as the largest shareholder - "consulting".
I would argue that any such contact initiated by Bolton could constitute, at least to some degree, management of Keybridge, thus being in potential breach of the ASIC directive. How does one police this requirement?
