Legal action being taken tomrorow., page-70

Firstly I'm only a casual observer here and was responding to someone who asked for my opinion because I have other investments in the space. I haven't read these threads .

It was my understanding that on the day or very shortly thereafter they announced and the stock spiked someone from HC complained to the asx which led to the suspension before the stock traded the next day . As a consequence ,my posts ,which are self explanatory in their content . Once the stock was suspended what people back and forth conversed with the ASX is of no consequence ,in my view.

So if I'm wrong in that assumption or have wrongfully labelled anyone I apologise but I took it from your posts that the person aforementioned was you . I'm not disputing your rights or what additional information you were entitled to ,just your smarts ,if it was you

If what I've been told regarding the course of events then I stand by my comments ,absolutely . People could've got 60 or 70 for their stock and now they'll probably get considerably less . The merits, ethics or otherwise of what the company did or didn't do is immaterial from my perspective .

As far as casino investing goes if you had your money in something like AZZ , that's exactly what it is in this market.

Anyway I hope that clarified where I'm coming from . I really do hope that the holders eventually get a result out of this ,the sector needs it . What's done is done . Hopefully they resume trading soon or at least can put together some sort of deal to keep them going for the next stanza. It's not a nice circumstance for anyone holding a stock in this situation
