Hi cabmerlo,

The obvious problem is that the signing of the EPC's is completely out of SDL's hands.

It's a Cameroon Government / Chinese SOE event, not an SDL event.

SDL's issue is that it can't proceed until the EPC's are signed. All the while the funds are dwindling again and the SP continues it's slow tick downwards.
