Can someone please clarify.
They are doing a 2:1 consolidation and then i read in the announcment the IPO will be at 7 cents?
Is this correct?
Because based on the current share price its trading on a post consolidation basis of 3.8 cents.
Also I see they did a $5m raise at 3.2 cents on post consolidation basis.
Can someone please confirm what the IPO raise will be at and what market cap upon listing?
