    Hi westcott,

    EPC contracts being signed and funding for rail and port are separate events.

    Stage one is not funding for rail and port in my eyes.

    Stage one is the signing of the EPC contracts, as per the opening post in this thread.

    IMO the signing of the EPC contracts is not a significant de-risking of the project for SDL.

    Port and rail funding is a completely different matter that supposedly comes next year some time.
