Some possible answers for you, F18, to my question as to why you didn't hear or see my strong objections and my vote against the motion:

1. I was asleep

2. I went to the wrong meeting but thought it was VLA's

3. The AGM wasn't a Kings Cross strip show

4. I wasn't there.
