Hi, Volcanic...... I wouldnt scoff at voodo, really. I think there is something to it.
i read a book on it about 5 decades back, written by someone who witnessed voodoo rituals in Haiti. was scary. I think evil is a real and powerful force.
If we discount voodoo as rubbish, what about our Aboriginals 'singing" someone to death? Someone thousands of miles away, who cant hear, see, the singing, and in fact doesnt directly know of it? The victim just stops eating....and dies. And then there is "pointing the bone"....also fatal ....and very real. Mind over matter? Possibly, but only if the victim knows of the pointing...
