    Hi Taboon, the Hanlong partial conversion announcement is a strong long signal IMO.

    It positions for imminent PRC action allowing China to clearly differentiate between the Chinese government and rouge private Hanlong.

    A timing issue more than anything else. Deal should be done and dusted (IMO).
