Anyway - what I think is an interesting one to put on the watch list and see how successful they are in acquisition of the hotels. Also might be worth noting MFS also (freehold arrangement). Will probably look again in 12 months to see how they are going.
The greedy retailers (CML and WOW) might start a grab for pubs soon as they look to grow. If this mob can actually build a portfolio of 20 profitable pubs they might become a target one day?
