Ever since their top 2 product development guys defected to ALL about 18 months ago, things have not been rosy at AGI. Seems like a rudderless ship in terms of product releases, product pipeline & customer alignment. A600 was a year late to market and now it's competing against the dominance of ALL and resurgence of IGT who also released new product (after regrouping). ALL can do no wrong at the moment.

AGI is a great little company, hopefully they can get their act together or put in place people that can get their act together.
