Yes, it does mean further dilution. However, considering PDN's U holdings an approx 30c increase in the U price will well and truly cover the 'script' offered for VUL.
In the end this should effect PDNs share price for no time at all. Keep an eye out on the U price, when it go up again, this offer will be well and truly paid for (with change). :)
However, PDN's U in situ has gone UP by approx 12.5% once thay have aquired VUL.
