Hi Hath, thanks for that, does this mean if the company receives applications for say $5m then these will be applied to the underwritten amount, as such the underwriter won't need to contribute, so the company will only receive $5m or will the company receive $9m in this case, the $5m applied for plus the underwritten amount? Amounts are excluding any fees just to keep it simple.
