re: kcn ... owns 18.81 per cent of and from kcn's perspective - not a very satisfactory result. watso is a bit in two minds about this , as he thought that kcn were offering too much. anyway, hopefully kcn will deliver the goods to kcn holders, and that andean will deliver the goods to andean shareholders (which of course, includes kcn). of course, kcn might get a last minute rush of an extra percentage point or two.
