IMO this is the reason for the timing - to have them on board before any vaccine announcement. This placement will be being followed within investment circles. Now the results will also have additional eyes on them - hopefully the eyes belong to some big pockets that will now have to buy on market.

This placement could have been for the full 25% and to several funds. It seems that these were 'picked' before the results, with the remainder to buy on market. We also now will not appear to be needing cash and look even more attractive from a financial perspective as well as owning top technologies.

Institutions waiting for the next raise and sitting on the fence for cheap shares now have to think twice, they may not get a look in with somebody like this interested
