Totally agree with you guys. However it begs the question, as committed common shareholders, do we cut our losses and run before the news gets worse or can we make somehow force the senior management to change the way the company is being run? What can we actually do to make the CEO reduce his pay packet and conduct a capital raising?
Also, if a capital raising was on the cards, can the asking price be above the current share, say 10c or 12c? I would have thought if NWH need $50 mil, it could issue 500 mil shares @ 10c. The current share would then jump back up to 10c investors would quickly buy the market shares on offer at a discount until the 10c mark.
This would raise capital for debt repayment but without a good CEO and board, the extra capital could be a waste of time. So it still comes back to the question of how can can influence the CEO.
