After BBX's disaster (thankfully I took some profit, but not as much as would have liked), I think people will be a bit more wary until there is a firmed up Jorc or a near term revenue program.
Still, I have taken the opportunity to increase holdings while it is at the lovely 0.6-0.7 level.
