Jbourke - I think you need to think about how these clients retention rates and increases in metrics etc are defined. In the end whatever it is they are doing, management are telling us one thing, but when you look at the accounts, it looks like it either cannot be true, or we are not being told the full story, IMO.

I shorted some again this afternoon - will see how it goes.
