Well this is what I wanted buffie to answer, I would also pose to him - like i said in the post, rent may stabilize and be flat for sometime..yes even in Sidernee. I wanted to also see how he would factor in periods of no or negative rental growth. Or whether he like you thinks rent will likely be on a course of constantly increase over the next 20yrs.
Look at Perth rents have come off 10% in a year and will likely continue to come off over 2016. I know some investors in Perth are concerned about the exact same thing I'm talking about - how they gonna pay off that investment property over the next 20yrs..
