At a 14 million dollar market cap this stock is way overvalued at the moment in my opinion.
I had a look at there cash and assets and I can not come up with a value of more than 2 million dollars.
The old exploration assets that they are doing little with,are generally worth next to nothing these days.
The potential acquisition is quite similar to many other highly speculative stocks at the moment and they have customers already generating revenue and most have market caps similar or less than this stocks market cap,altho different types of information or some kind of service.
IM sorry to say it but many are going to get burnt here as it appears all of the upside has already been built into the share price,regardless of if the share price goes for a run on a successful acquisition,if that happens the fall will only be much harder imo.
14 million dollar market cap for a company that has almost nothing to show for it?
The more companies like this I research the funnier it gets as it seems hype in this sector is setting people up to loose a large portion of there capital.
This entire sector is way over hyped and priced.
All in my opinion of course.
