I've got some shares in what's now called ARK, (not a great deal but some) they've been suspended for over 1 year now, had multiple changes to the deal they were doing & are meant to be re-listing in April !! that's another 3 months+ away and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more twists & turns to come there before April arrives.

Just have to wait and see if it does finally re-list or not, in the meantime directors are still accruing salary's etc and getting paid far more than most people earn & are accountable to whom at the moment?

From the moment I saw the Antares announcement I was wary of it. Openly posted that if JC pulled the deal off as announced I'd take my hat off to him.

When regular posters with a deep understanding of a company are wary of fabulous deals, you should take note & not get too carried away, realise that things might not be all they appear to be and act accordingly. If all the regulars like a deal then that's a different matter.

When Antares was selling its McMullen County, Eagleford Shale play it suspended its shares for over a month while the bidding process entered its final stages, I was near enough 95% invested in it at the time. Its not the way to do it unless you're able to accept the risk that it might be all gone tomorrow.

Does the reward outweigh the risk you have to ask yourself? If you feel it does & you're done your research & are happy with next to no concerns about it, then you should be able to handle the emotions involved, including frustration.
