I think they will get a CE, but it will probably take longer than most HC poster s expectations are.
From a blog I was reading a couple of days ago, apparently the CEO spoke to the blogger and validated that there were some areas that needed rectification. Until we know what the concerns are, and we are most unlikely to ever be told, then this could drag on for some time.
From a ST point of view, I'd expect the SP to drift backwards the longer it takes with no confirmation of the CE mark.
There will need to be regular news feed to sustain current price, IMO.
