The global oil supply is the bigger picture item. It's not just the Saudis, Iran has shed loads and they were banned from supplying for ages till recently.
My call is once impending bankruptcy stops the Saudis playing games and they run out / pull back on production the price will recover and that's when we will see our price jump.
