Both the NSW Govt and Local Govt (councils) were hostile to Mel. Prefer no council amalgamations but rather abolition of councils to be run by State Govt. Too much duplication. We are over governed.
The anti fossil fuel activists are now targetting STO, ORG etc... Now they're extra cocky, that they bullied little Mel and put them out of business, and have robbed all of us shareholders, of our retirement money.
The State Govt is proud that they have reduced the PELS from 60% under Labor and now less than 8% with Mel's exit from the NR. So proud of themselves NSW NOW-Closed for Business.
