Yes Daz, I think they will get the results of the surveys and from that will have a rough outline of the kimberlite structure. First pass of the delineation drilling may be to confirm the outline. Extra passes will be to find the RVK/PK interfaces as well as to find the best and most accessible spot to do bulk sampling of the PK. They can do the delineation drilling with a narrow core bit and the multipurpose drill rig can do this job.
Once they find a good spot to access PK samples that are also suitable to be processed at the DMS, they will set up the excavation site. They can then truck the samples to the DMS plant and analyse for diamonds. So yes, processing and identification can happen all on site.
I'm a bit more uncertain about timings. I don't see any issues with the EM and gravity surveys. However, we have no idea about how big the kimbo is, I have a suspicion it will surprise us to the upside (no sign of the edge after all this trenching).
If it is real big with a lot of overburden due to its low lying nature, then more delineation drilling will likely be required which will take extra time. And don't forget it is still wet season so I'm unsure how much effect this will have on drill and sampling timings.
This is my take on things thus far, I do have a science background but am not a geo so take this into consideration.
