yeah agree, you don't resign if it is a peck on the cheek that means nothing as he claims it is. Every Italian/European politician would have to resign if that is what he claims to have done - in Italy/Europe a peck on the cheek is a greeting and goodbye friendship card. I should know that because when I returned to the country I was born some 20 years after I migrated for a visit I took me a while to get my head around the greetings and goodbyes from females and males that I received (as it is not something you do in Aus). There is more to this story - you don't resign unless there is more. Let the public servant seak and I guarantee most here supporting that moron would take back their posts.
