We really have the perfect storm conditions for a share price rise.
1. Lithium prices rising in USD terms reflecting high and growing demand
2. Paris Climate agreement creating expectation for further acceleration of demand growth
3. A new President in Argentina serving up policies that are making headlines in the investment community, and especially in the mining community.
4. ARS/USD Exchange rate drops by 30% on December 17 sending costs lower in USD terms
5. In response to the exchange rate drop, the SBLC 50m USD goes so much further in ARS terms
6. Well reported shortages play in to ORE hands in respect of cash sale terms and potential for presale of product
7. Olaroz output is rising with guidance of breakeven run rate being achieved in December.
8. A receding risk of CR due to 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 above
9. A big overhang of short positions that must be getting nervous
All we need now (with apologies to Jerry Maguire) is for ORE to “show me the Lithium…!”
