Hi jpv, I had a good christmas thanks for asking, and I hope you did likewise with your family.
The problem I have with upside potential based on the current move is the low volume ever since that high volume Friday (Dec 18th). With many participants away this week any supply not present this week could easily surface once participants come back from their break. It hasn't yet broken through (a) that 5300's resistance zone and (b) that downtrend line dating back to the Apr 27th high. It hasn't broken through on several previous visits to the 5300 area since August, all with more volume than currently, which makes me question how the current move can have enough volume/force to push through - sustainably. All imo of course.
