Like many of of you in this forum I made my money working very hard, I arrived to Oz as an immigrant with $100 in my back pocket and practically with no English skills. Today things are different but I am still working hard every single day, if I don't produce/deliver what I promised then I don't get paid, communication with my clients is paramount and it makes a big difference if I am facing issues in meeting expectations. Why we cannot ask the same to AH and company? This company has been grossly mismanaged and he is getting a salary increase? We should be charging him!
