    They can't tap the ATM until next month I believe - in the discovery fund contract - 61 days from early Nov - if at all.

    The date EOY was put in there by Oribi I believe. Salary cuts and conditions for exec set for EOY. Present cash will be very low by EOY. Oribi put up the extra $10m to get through to the EOY to give UNS time to sell something.
