Absolutely Bio.... I have no real feel for the competitive tensions around UNS. I get that our devices are of interest to potential customers. I get they are critical to those that have signed and going down the path of using our devices. But people lining up to buy us or get a stake? I don't know but the timing of UNS being broke without the willingness to use ATM at this SP means I can't make myself believe its all roses.

How much people will fight for us? I am basing my thinking on scenarios of what makes the most sense for UNS when looking at selling off a division like our PFS or Imperium to an interested industry player vs letting private equity get their hooks in and let them try to derive cash from UNS in the many weird and wonderful ways that they can....outside of just making and selling great products.

So not sure you get too much competitive bidding when the make up of the bids differ greatly....its up to UNS to try and understand what the best approach is long term. There are obviously some people that think based on discussions that a sugar daddy doing a placement seems the most likely scenario. If there were multiple cases of such surely the SP would be going higher based on the tensions and offers and talk of the financial world?!?!?! Maybe I watch too many movies...I just don't know.

And at the end of the day Alan had his loans, shares, pay etc all tied up in this mess too so the longer it takes the longer those that we trust to make these decisions start hurting personally. Not a good situation for anyone to be in.
