Giving away the company at equivalent of 0.72 per share now, at least before it was near the market price, now CEO happy to give away at significant discount. And yes it was only a measly $22,000, but that begs the question, why not just pay the tiny amount in cash rather then continue the dilution party? This has become a serious and constant issue.
