Only the owner, the tenant and their lawyers would know the details of the tenancy agreement but am sure AHF did a due diligence before they purchased CDC and a full site inspection before settlement will flush out any surprises as it will flush out any other surprises with the contracts with WOW, export licence, processing capacity of CDC plant, ongoing milk supply agreement with Aussie Farmers Direct etc etc...If AHF is as astute as you think they are then it will be fine.
I posted that comment and link early this morning as I saw so many off the mark and wildly dreamy comments about CDI and CDC and rosy pictures of the old Camperdown Cheese and Butter factory that I could not resist. Trading the share price on some indicator that blinks because the share price has moved is one thing, knowing the company and having friends and family in it is another but knowing their strategy and how it works and how it relates to others in the industry and where its sweet spots are is a different game all together.
