Hi Bobby, I will give you my thoughts.

1. Yes there is already established competition but apparently no one can offer the scale and price point that Dubber is currently offering. Dubber also provide some unique key word analytics that other providers can't provide(the banks are big on this at the moment and hence the bank deal Dubber signed recently). Dubbers technology is unique and not easily replicated.

2. Definitely suitable for a long term investment but we should get decent share price appreciation soon once the next client contract lands, which could come before the end of this month.

3. If we land the large Telco contract that we are all hanging out for(currently 25 Telco's in the testing phase in Dubber Labs), than we should easily rerate to $2 plus. So imagine what multiple Telco signings will do for the share price. I'm targeting at least $5 before the end of the year and I believe at some stage Dubber will be TO target by one of those large Telco's.

I'm super bullish on this company and have been for a long time so I will just temper that with some of the downside risk so you have a better picture.
1. An established competitor develops their own cloud software which is better than ours and due to existing client relationships with some of the bigger clients gains a much better competitive advantage over Dubber.

2. Dubber fails to sign any significant clients and continues to burn cash at an unhealthy rate( currently cash burn has been too high, hopefully with the new cornerstone investors onboard they can demand more prudent expenditure.

3. A newer technology is developed which completely makes our technology redundant and thus leaves Dubber holding a dud.

4. Complete financial meltdown, companies going bust and marshal law declared to control the zombies lol.
